Soundtrack: Choral music from the world of film

What would movies be without a soundtrack? Can you imagine Jaws without the ominous rising semitones? Psycho without the screechy discordant violins? The opening sunrise in The Lion King without the Zulu chant? 2001: A Space Odyssey without Strauss?
Music brings films to life. It's what helps us connect emotionally with a film, making us want to laugh, dance, cry, or hide behind our hands until the scary part is over. So Fusion searched high and low for some great choral music from films (and some choral arrangements of orchestral and pop music) and came up with this fabulous program. Whether your tastes include action, drama, comedy, world cinema, musicals, romance, animation or the black & white classics, this was definitely a something-for-everyone kind of concert!
